Date News

31-10-09: SimsShine is currently under construction. Not only the lay-out will change, but the menu-bar will be fixed too. I'm very sorry for the problems and I'll publish the site as soon as possible because I'm really busy with school. I hope you'll like it!
13-10-09: School has started a month ago which means little time to create and a small amount of uploads. I'm busy with the Sims 2/3 every day but I have no time to finish and upload. But, I'm planning to publish a completely new lay-out with a better menu-bar so it's easy to find your CC. Of course this will take much time to finish, because I have many pages to edit. I hope you will all like it!
22-09-09: I'm sorry for not uploading in a while, but there's something wrong with my Sims 2 game, so I can't make pictures of my creations anymore. Of course I'll try to solve this problem, and when I do, I'll publish it right away!
17-08-09: At Wednesday August the 19th I'm going on holiday to Venice for 2 weeks. That means no updates until the 2nd of September. Then, I'll update some new cc as soon as possible!
31-07-09: You can now subscribe to SimsShine! Simply go to the subscribe page and follow the instructions. You will now receive the latest updates, coming updates and news! And it's completely free!
27-07-09: The preview pictures of the items are going to be changed, from this to something like this.
12-06-09: Today I've add a small bar underneath 'updates', so you can see when a new update is coming. You can't see which kind of item I'll upload, but it's quite handy to see when you can download something new. You have 6 different states: Nothing in process, items are creating, items are done, pictures are creating, almost time for uploading, launched on site. When the next state is completed, a piece of the bar will fill green. When the last state is completed (launched on site), the bar will be completely green and the new item(s) are ready to download.
06-06-09: Tomorrow I'm going to a Water camp with my class until Wednesday. That means no updates. Sorry guys!

08-05-09: I've won a big competition on the official Dutch Sims 2 site! I had to say why I'm a big fan of the Sims, and so I did. And yes! I (and 3 others) have won! This means a lot to me, because I'm invited to the Sims 3 Fan Fest in Utrecht in Holland. I'll meat MJ Chun, which is one of the Sims 3 producers. She is going to demonstrate the Sims 3 so we can play it! I'll make a full blog about this soon, so you guys know exactly what have happened there.
04-05-09: I uploaded the special album of SimsShine I talked about. I would say: Take a look!
01-05-09: This month is the 1st anniversary of SimsShine! *sight* Time goes so fast.. I hope there will follow many and many years of joy, with lots of new custom content. I've got not special gift or something (Although, I did upload today), but this week I'll upload a special album with the first pictures I've made, to let you see how this site has grown. You could say it's the 'history' of SimsShine.
30-04-09: Today something terrible happened. On Queen's Day, a yearly festive of Holland, a man tried to attack the Royal Dutch family. But instead of hitting the bus, he hit a monument and drives with full speed through the people who were celebrating today. More than 5 people were dead, and 12 people were seriously injured. The chance is big that the injured people, wouldn't survive. For more information AND the real live video, go here.
24-04-09: Tomorrow ( Saturday the twenty-fourth of April) I'm going on vacation to Paris. I'll be back at the first of May. That means, that there will be no updates. I promise when I come home, that I'll start making some new things, and upload them as soon as I can. I wish everyone who also has vacation, a happy holiday!
23-04-09: I finally upload my brand new lay-out. It also contains a new banner. And the downloads are easier to find. I also added other pages like 'about' and 'contact'. This lay-out won't change for a long time, so I hope you like it!
